Our entire process from start to finish has been designed to provide you the closest experience to shopping in a store, but keeping in mind your busy lifestyle. So a lot of the steps that traditionally require a lot of time and effort from you have been modified and adapted.
Traditionally, most brides are required to attend 3-4 fittings at a store. This requires a lot of time commitment from your precious schedule. You have a million things to take care of before the wedding, so we try to reduce the time you need to invest in fittings.
After your initial measurements have been sent, our deisgner's create your outfit and this is sent to you. After trying the outfit, if the fit is not perfect, you simply have contact our team, who guide you through the next steps. Typically these include sending us details of the parts that do not fit and sending us some pictures of the same. In some cases, our team might suggest some additional steps to ensure that we get all the details required for a perfect alteration.
Then you just send the outfit back to us for the alteration. After this stage, once you get the outfit back, in our experience over 95% of the fitting issues are completely solved. In case there are still fit related issues, our team is here to help! Additional alterations after this stage are offered at nominal costs that are indicated to you in advance by our team. Of course, you always have the assurance of our fit guarantee service for additional peace of mind.
One free alteration is offered with all our bridal purchases. Subsequent alterations and changes are chargeable at cost. Our team can indicate a range of charges if you have a specific question.
