Fashionista and beauty queen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has definitely had her good and bad days in terms of Bollywood fashion both on the red carpet and at fashion related events. But she has certainly caught our attention with her unique and stunning fashion choices on a number of occasions.
Here are our top five favourite Bollywood fashion looks from 2014:
First and foremost has to be her big golden girl moment at Cannes Film Festival, she showcased a gorgeous gold fish tail style strapless dress, and looked a million dollars. This look even had her handsome husband Abhishek Bachchan in awe whilst she showcased her perfect curves in the breath taking strapless Roberto Cavalli gown. She teamed the look with soft curls and deep red lips which completed the look perfectly.
Yet another Cannes Film Festival appearance that caught our eye this year was the stunning floaty floor length sleeveless gown again designed by Roberto Cavilli. The gown was in a flattering ivory colour which suited her skin tone and body shape perfectly.
Another favourite look of ours was her appearance at the amfAR Gala 2014. Aishwarya Rai looking breathtaking in a sparkly champagne coloured gown with a subtle plunge neck line and flowing mermaid style finish, while her stylish husband Abhishek looked just as lovely in a simple but stylist long black bandhgala jacket, the pair looked stunning together!
The Bollywood actress turned fashionista again stood out to us when she showcased a simple black buttoned-up trench coat teamed with matching knee high boots as a brand ambassador in Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games. This look was very unique and simple but oh so stylish and trendy.
Last but not least another of our favourite Bollywood fashion looks from Aishwarya Rai was when she went back to her traditional roots at a stem cell banking event, in a gorgeous deep red Sabyasachi saree embellished with a extravagant gold border and simple black blouse. This look was traditional but with a stylish contemporary flair!
