Neha Gursahani Mehta discovered her love for fashion at a very early age and started her formal training in design at Sophia Polytechnic. Still at school, she interned with one of India’s leading fashion designer, James Ferreira. There she was introduced to different techniques of draping and her quest for knowledge continued and she decided to pursue her education further at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, U.S.A, where she was admitted on scholarship. She graduated with Honours and for the next 3 Years worked with some of the World’s largest retailers such as Anthropology and Mother Works in Philadelphia and LaROK (Seven for all Mankind) and Haddad Apparel in New York City.
In 2009 she moved back to India, to pursue her ultimate goal to launch her own line of clothing specializing in bridal and trousseau wear and since then has worked on numerous brides from her studios in Pune and Mumbai.
Her label is an eclectic mix of a contemporary silhouette with an old school vintage charm. Each design is a play of soft colours, exquisite fabrics and ornate embroidery techniques making it unique yet elegant.
