Mayyur Girotra launched his label in 2009 and has since gained much positive reception, being a flag bearer of Indian textiles. His collections are about making an Indian couture chic statement. His gowns are created through the use of the best chiffon materials, anarkalis with some extremely complex embroidery work and Victorian jackets that feature some of the most luxurious zardozi work.
Mayyur Girotra works hard to entwine threads of glamour and expert design. His collection is comprised of a diverse bridal couture range that has been described as being fit for royalty. His collections are a break from conventional designs as he has shown with his festive designs.
Mayyur Girotra has made appearances at many successful fashion platforms across the globe such as Lakme Fashion Week, Dubai Fashion Week, Dubai Bride Show, Blenders Pride International Fashion Week and was the official designer of Seychelles India Day 2013. As well as this Mayyur Girotra was handpicked to design the official uniform for the Royal Polo Team of India.
His mantra is to ‘innovate, design, and create’.
