India is now boasts the third largest online user base in the world in terms of traffic. But the country faces a major problem with respect to websites dedicated to the retail trade, due to a bad delivery, especially in the long term. India's roads are often blocked and there are more than 20,000 postal codes. The average traffic on these sites is 62% of the population in India against 74% in the world.
Indians are attached to purchasing in person and hence 75% of online users are less than 35 years old - this is a generation that is attached to the immediate satisfaction when purchasing. Indian authorities have become aware of the issue, and are committed to improve their infrastructure to improve public services.
