Bare backs and plunging necklines are in this season! From the runway to glamourous wedding outfits, the backless blouse is always beautiful!

Before stitched blouses, majority of the blouses had knots to be tied at the top with the front of the blouse consisting of the perfect cuts and stylish sleeves. Designer Ritu Kumar thus believes that these kind of blouses and cuts look stunning when the dori is detailed and tied at the back of the blouse.

A number of films in Bollywood have used these backless blouses with chiffon sarees to increase the sensuality of the actresses. Thus these bare backs blouses are now trending.

Designer Anita Dongre also agrees with this trend and believes that it makes women look elegant and stylish at the same time. The bare back look also enhances the neckline and adds a subtle sultriness. According to the designer, the bare back blouse with three-fourth sleeves, a high neckline and a blouse that finishes right above the tailbone has a strong impact. Anita Dongre has also included backless blouses like these that can be paired with sarees or lehengas in her new collection.

Designer Nivedita Saboo believes that transparent and netted backs also look beautiful with Swarovski crystals. She also considers light fabric or an embellished back with a halter neck is perfect for an elegant and modern look. For the festive season, Nivedita Saboo also showcased her trendy new collection using prints and prints with detailed work using a fusion of tradition and contemporary design.

To style the backless blouse perfectly one can chose from an ethnic lehenga or a saree that can be draped in a Gujrati style. For a more contemporary look, the backless blouse looks great with palazzos and flowy skirts!
