Following his graduation from Saint Columbus in 1997, Siddartha Tytler completed a 12 month course at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi - a year strewn with innumerable accolades, owing to his laudable talent and unrelenting effort. After spending three enriching years honing his skills at the estimable Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Siddartha breathed life into a label of his very own in the year 2002. He constantly is brimming with ideas; innovation and design are to him like breathing.
According to Siddartha Tytler, “Novel silhouettes, innovative structural elements, new fangled patterns, ‘wear-ability’ and originality are the essential elements in every creation at ‘Siddartha Tytler’ studio. When I create a garment several factors come into play, be it incorporating changing trends or being inspired by elements that exist as part of our everyday lives, and they all are equally significant to the process. Understanding fashion might be important but to interpret it successfully during the manufacturing process is paramount.”
Siddartha Tytler presented a collection focused on Traditional Indian Fashion including Salwaar Kameez, Saree, Lehengas and Anarkalis at Bridal Asia 2011.
